témavezetés leírása
"Multicomponent reactions may mean an efficient way for the one-pot synthesis of complex ring systems. Due to their simplicity, high atom efficiency and the ability to save time and energy, these transformations have attracted significant attention in the field of organic chemistry. In addition, multicomponent reactions are suitable for creating large molecular libraries. Flow chemistry and microwave technologies provide significant support for green chemistry efforts, as they can be used to make chemical transformations safer and more environmentally friendly. The main aim of this research project is to create molecular libraries of various O- and N heterocyclic compounds through click reactions and multicomponent transformations, such as domino and Reissert-type reactions using microwave-assisted and continuous flow methods. The biological activity, such as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity, as well as in vitro cytotoxicity of the prepared molecular libraries is studied in a cooperation. The structure–activity relationship will be examined, and the corresponding molecules will be modified by changing their chemical structure. During the project, high-performance analytical techniques (GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, HRMS, NMR, XRD analysis) will be used for the characterization of new compounds."
