Nanosized particles and nanocoatings of ceramics and metals have received great interests due to their attractive electronic, capacitive properties. In this research, firstly ceramic and metallic nanoparticles and then coatings will be prepared from the nanoparticles. The particles and the coatings electrical properties will be investigated. The main goal to develop electrode, supercapacitor materials. The samples investigation will be done by SEM, TEM, EIS, and galvanostatic charge discharge method.
