This research aims to critically investigate and design a roadmap for strengthening Hungary’s wheat grain production and export supply chain. Hungary's wheat production represents a critical opportunity to strengthen European food security amid climate challenges, geopolitical tensions, and rising global demand. Despite favorable geography and agricultural infrastructure, Hungary's wheat supply chain faces production inefficiencies, logistical bottlenecks, and suboptimal market positioning. This research addresses the gap in comprehensive, systems-thinking approaches that integrate production optimization, digitalization, and sustainability specifically for Hungary's agricultural landscape. It includes the critical analysis of overall wheat production in Hungary vs EU, Market assessment of global wheat demand and understanding the trade flows, competitive positioning, integration technology like precision agriculture, IoTs, AI, Block chain and traceability using AI and ML, indulging sustainable development goals and creating a strategic roadmap to create a sustainable ecosystem of wheat production in Hungary.
