Several significant public administrative reforms have been passed in the area of educational administration in the latter period. We can mention between the newest changes the new regulation of education, the modified functions of the local governments, or the new system of the institution maintenance. The research topics could be the following – even with the application of a comparative legal method -: changes in the legal status of the universities, the new system of the administration of public education or the special legal status of the church educational institutions.
