The renovation of the aging residential building stock is a priority task, but due to limited resources, the ranking of interventions and the selection of the optimal renovation method are essential. The aim of the research is to create an expert, multi-criteria decision support system that integrates the results of detailed technical-structural condition assessments, possible renovation technologies, as well as construction management and cost factors. The system – modeling the uncertainties inherent in expert opinions and complex data using fuzzy logic – proposes a ranking of buildings and the most appropriate intervention strategy. This makes the allocation of resources in building stock management more efficient.
