There are countries and unions that set the goal for reaching the carbon neutral building sector to the year of 2050. The way to get these goal needs wide range and fundamental researches both in strategy and material science level. This PhD topic focuses on the building technology and the most promising material compositions of different parts of the buildings. A material analysis will be done for embedded energy, and lifespan maintenance. The technology energy demand will be also determined to choose the optimal scenario. The goal of scientific work is to define optimal solutions in the materials and technology to use for carbon neutral residential buildings
