During the bioinformatical study of transmembrane proteins the topologies, 3D structures and interactions of transmembrane proteins are investigated by state of the art bioinformatics methods using big databases. We would like to solve the problem of targeting of transmembrane proteins into the appropriate membranes, namely, how are the address coded into the amino acid sequences of these proteins. The topic will be actualized by the project leader.
