Research topic: In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations face significant pressure to maintain competitive, sustainable, and resilient operations. This is especially true for industries where Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management is critical. Effective QHSE systems ensure not only compliance with safety and environmental standards but also contribute to employee well-being, operational continuity, and risk mitigation. However, organizations frequently encounter challenges when integrating QHSE principles into their strategic frameworks, particularly during periods of organizational change (Peter S, 2024).
As businesses increasingly adopt digitalization and globalization strategies, the integration of change management and knowledge-sharing practices into QHSE is crucial (Chizubem B, et. al. 2024). This research explores how organizational change initiatives, complemented by effective knowledge management practices, can improve QHSE outcomes. By examining strategies for employee engagement, safety culture enhancement, and resilience-building, the study aims to establish a framework for integrating change management and knowledge management into QHSE systems.
This research is timely and relevant, given the heightened focus on sustainability and safety in organizational practices. By addressing gaps in the integration of QHSE with organizational change and knowledge-sharing initiatives, the study will provide valuable insights for leaders striving to create safer, more adaptive, and resilient workplaces. The outcomes will be relevant for managers, policymakers, and scholars interested in advancing the intersection of QHSE and organizational change.
Main objectives of the research:

- Investigate the Influence of Organizational Change on QHSE Performance:
Explore how various organizational change initiatives impact QHSE outcomes, with a focus on processes, employee behavior, and performance metrics.
- Examine Knowledge Management''s Role in Enhancing Safety and Engagement:
Identify key knowledge management practices—such as information sharing, training, and tacit knowledge retention—that contribute to improved workplace safety and employee involvement.
- Develop Strategies for Integrating Change and Knowledge Management in QHSE:
Propose a framework for aligning organizational change strategies with knowledge-sharing processes to promote resilience and adaptability within QHSE systems.

Research Methodology:
This study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods to achieve comprehensive insights into the research questions.
Literature Review:
Conduct a thorough review of existing literature on QHSE management, organizational change, and knowledge management practices. This will help identify gaps and shape the theoretical framework for the study.
Case Studies:
Analyze case studies of organizations that have successfully integrated QHSE management with organizational change and knowledge management practices. The case studies will provide real-world insights into effective strategies and common challenges.
Surveys and Interviews:
Surveys will be administered to professionals in QHSE, management, and knowledge management roles to gather quantitative data on their practices, challenges, and perceptions. Semi-structured interviews with industry experts will add qualitative depth, allowing for an exploration of specific experiences and insights related to QHSE improvements through change initiatives.
Data Analysis:
Quantitative data from surveys will be analyzed using statistical methods to identify patterns and correlations, while qualitative data from interviews and case studies will be coded and thematically analyzed to uncover key themes.
Expected Contributions:
This research will contribute to the fields of management and QHSE by:
Providing a Comprehensive Framework for integrating change management and knowledge-sharing into QHSE systems, offering actionable strategies for industry leaders.
Enhancing Safety and Resilience: Identifying practices that lead to improved employee engagement, safer work environments, and operational resilience.
Filling a Research Gap: Addressing the lack of empirical studies at the intersection of QHSE, organizational change, and knowledge management.
