One of the most common bone replacement materials is hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 - HAp). The modification of the properties of HAp by doping or even with double doping, using the HAp in the form of layer or in bulk implants, can results in high biocompatibility and good proliferation results.
