This research study aims at examining the scenario of leadership and management perspectives and their potential impact on the operational performance of NGOs given the unforeseen complexities that were brought about by the COVID- 19 pandemic. The management of NGOs will benefit from the study in terms of identifying the instances of various practices in organizations and classifying individual actions of management and employees guided by the potential influence derived from the study. Diagnosing those traits is the first step to managing them effectively, especially when activities such as recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, choice of projects, and innovation are being carried out by the organization. Managers must also be prepared to act swiftly and aggressively to counter each disruption and protect their most valuable assets whilst anticipating unpredictable future changes.
