Innovation performance has been considered crucial for organization success. In this regard, psychological contract plays a major role how they affect interrelationship between employee resilience and employee entrepreneurship as mediating mechanisms. Nowadays, challenging environment forces organizations to become more flexible, adaptable, resilient and innovative in order to survive and flourish. In the first place, resilience allows organizations to quickly take actions and develop alternatives in order to deal with the risks as well as potential benefits that might flow from this disadvantageous situation which help promote intrapreneurial behavior which is reflected in the employee innovation performance. This study is going to explore how the interrelationship of these mediation mechanism can be strengthened by moderating role of psychological empowerment and social capital.
