description
There are several approaches to defining the size of agricultural enterprises: territorial size, output, employment and income-based analyses are all accepted in the literature. Increasing the efficiency of productive activity is in the general interest of farmers and is best ensured through an optimal choice of production structure. In this context, it is necessary to harmonise the factors defined in economic terms with the natural factors, taking into account the uncertainty inherent in both sets of factors. The aim of this research is to determine the optimal production structure for agricultural enterprises of different size classes by means of model tests based on actual data.
