The proposed research aims to spot the light on the impact and contribution of technology and human factors in enhancing the performance of the entrepreneurs. The study aim will be achieved by set of many objectives: identify the main barriers and challenges of the enterprise activities, provide a solid pathways and strategic approach to help the entrepreneurs utilizing all the human programs, technologies, required with value based and minimum cost, apply the developed strategies and applications on a selected case/start-up firm to improve their performance.
