The significance of EI is due to the new transformations in the management of intellectual capital intended to enhance working environment. Nevertheless, there is no holistic approach in the business field to systematically implant emotional intelligence in organizations on the long term. This research aim is to lay the foundation for a method that can be used as a model by business organizations willing to embed EI in their organizational culture.
