While HR Management systems has been significantly developed over last two decades, Information systems and artificial intelligence argued to be the future smart systems that will have a strong impact on Humans life, as well as HRM conducts.
Human Resources Management has gone through many changes and advancements since its foundation, resulted from economical, social as well as Technological factors. For instance recruitment and talent acquisition transferred traditional methods of sourcing such as newspaper advertisement, media, walk-in applications, and job fairs to social professional platforms such Linked-IN and others, which added more competition and pressure on companies to adaption and change HR conduct accordingly. This premise applies to all other aspects of HR management.
Though the changes imposed by information systems and artificial intelligence impacted every type of jobs from sales, to engineering, to the executive team, one area where this change will be powerful is HR .Today picture is totally different, where there are witnesses an enormous advancement during last two years; these theories and prediction have been transferred into real life solutions platforms available for the companies and HR Leaders on several level.
Despite the amount of studies and researches in the field Information systems and artificial intelligent and its deployment in Management practices, however there is a need for a better understanding of this transformation process and how HR Management practices, plans as well as HR Professionals will be impacted, the following research questions need to be addressed:
1. To what extend Middle East and Hungarian companies employing these systems in HR Managements practices and plans?
2. What is and why is above an issue, and how it’s applied in HR management?
3. What benefits or disadvantages dose companies generate form using these issues in HRM?
4. To what extend HR Management jobs will be impacted in investigated countries?
5. What is anticipated change to HR professional’s core competences as well as organizations culture?
6. What is the companies and HR leaders attitude in HR management.
