Selecting publications from mycite
Whether you have your data in the KPA (Central Publications Data Base) or the data base of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), you need to copy the selected publications to the clipboard. Select "ODT/HAC" from the scrollbar menu ("highlight selected publications")
  • in the KPA or BME database. Underneath the highlighted publications the text "ODT/HAC" will appear. If you click on it the text disappears again and selection is finished. Under the header, where the title "List of publications, selected publications" appears, you can click on "ODT/HAC" to see the list of selected publications. This will be the selected list that can be copied over to the National Doctoral Database.
  • The copied selected list of publications can be completed or put on the web, used for OTKA applications, doctoral submissions to the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, etc.
    Az ODT program alapértelmezetten kizárólag a MAB határozatának megfelelő típusú és besorolású közleményeket importál. A jelek azt mutatják, hogy az adott besorolás kiválasztható a megfelelő adattárban. A nem importálható besorolásokat nem soroltuk fel - ezekből sok van, és felsorolásuk nem lenne informatív. Amely besorolás nincs feltüntetve, az nem is importálható (az üres besorolás sem!).
    Kicsit ki van bővítve a témavezetői lista importja: ezzel a beállítással konferenciacikkeket illetve sokszerzős közleményeket is át lehet venni, de ilyen import után a törzstagi megfelelés természetesen nem teljesül.
