Description of the research topic:
Labour market transformation is happening nowadays in the developed countries of the world because of workforce shortage and multi-generation workplaces. Different generation enter into the labour market with a significant changed value system. Developing of complex HR functions for employee retention has become more significant due to the increased effect of labour demand. High degree of fluctuation and workforce replacement are expensive, time-consuming and it demands creative solutions by employers. The goal of the research is to investigate key factors of acquisition and retention of different generation applicants and how companies can adapt to the modified employee behaviour.
