Description of the research topic:

Due to the evolving nature of the global market potential employees must continuously adapt to meet the new demands of employers. Aspiring professionals navigating this evolving landscape must rely on interpersonal and soft skills to effectively respond to new working conditions. Soft skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving and leadership are essential to be successful in the continuously changing global market. In fields such as agriculture, research has shown that HR interviewers require soft skills of the interviewees in addition to hard skills. In order to produce individuals who meet these changing demands, higher educational institutions are actively exploring strategies to impart essential skills to meet the dynamic challenges of the workforce.
