Description of the research topic:

One of the aims of the research is to develop results and tools that provide nurses with the opportunity to identify the competencies needed in the future to adapt to and integrate modern technological solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) into the profession, both in training and in practice. Furthermore, the research aims to understand how robotics will change nursing between 2023 and 2040. This includes examining the types of care facilities that technological advancements will present for those receiving moderate care versus those with severe care needs. Lastly, another research objective is to explore nurses' affinity towards robots and AI.
