Description of the research topic:

The research topic focuses on cow milk analysis. Within that, extracellular vesicles, primarily exosomes (30-100nm in diameter) will be assessed. Exosomal content (cytokines, miRNA) will be evaluated in health and various conditions (inflammation, infection, pregnancy). The topic shares both basic academic and applied industrial research perspective.
