Description of the research topic:

The main aim of the research is to address various stereotypes in phraseology from an intercultural perspective, as they are reflected in proverbs, sayings, idioms and jokes of different cultures. It becomes possible through such study to compare certain notions and concepts in phraseology of various languages.
