Description of the research topic:
The Inverse QSAR method can be applied to determine the binding conformation of bioactive peptides when the binding activity of their derivatives is known. The candidate will implement the computing environment applicable to the task and use it to study model peptides.
Required language skills: English Further requirements: MSC in Chemistry, physics, mathematics or biology, experience in molecular modelling (molecular dynamics) is an advance, programing experience is not required but a huge advantage.
