Description of the research topic:
There is a close relationship between soil, plant and soil-living microorganisms. The elements of which are dynamically related to each other, also influencing the physical state of the soil. In addition to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) playing a central role in natural and artificial ecosystems. We are going to study the coexistence of so-called “helper” and other rhizosphere microorganisms together with mycorrhizas involved in the circulation of macronutrients and their use in environmentally friendly agriculture. Both classical microbiological (maintaining, measuring of activities different enzymes) and molecular biotechnological methods (gene expression measuring, meta analyses) are used for these purposes.
