Description of the research topic:

The importance of food safety has always been fundamental and cannot be questioned from social, economic, or scientific point of view. In order to secure food safety and security, the entire supply chain must be conducted from the produce and/or production through the intermediaries to the end customer, and even to disposal. The research may refer to different aspects of food safety and security issues, such as the logistic procedure, or the information traceability in the supply chain.

Research purposes: The purpose of the candidate's research is to explore risk factors affecting the supply chain, and highlight the main food safety and security requirements in the supply chain in order to meet challenges regarding food safety regulations and first of all to provide a safe and secure service and product to the end customer.
