Mechanical etiopathogenesis of cases in forensic medicine is a frequent phenomenon ignored by the hight tech nanocentric science. Macroscopic injuries and underlying newtonian physics is too often taken as known, being subject of received wisdom. A systemic approach of tissue fragility dogmas is undertaken using models developed specifically for criminological aspects.
