Description of the research topic:

Today, one of the major health crises adversely affecting the world’s population is the COVID-19 virus infection, posing significant scientific and therapeutic challenges for scientists circling the globe. In consideration of the proposed research topic, our strategy intends to thoroughly investigate the RNA virus initiated cellular and humoral immune responses by molecular biological approaches, while utilizing previously inactivated virions. Additionally, we aim to reveal novel therapeutic target molecules positively influencing RNA virus initiated pathological organ and tissue alterations, also referred to as viral post-covid syndrome.
