Immortalizált sejtvonalak, illetve organotipikus szövettenyészetek segítségével tanulmányozzuk a címben felsorolt biológiai jelenségek jelátviteli hátterét, különös tekintettel azok befolyásolhatóságára esetleges terápiás szempontból. Módszereink főleg immunológiai természetűek (blotting, illetve fluoreszcencia mikroszkópia)
