Description of the research topic:

A multidiciplinary approach of Jewish History in Modern Hungary in light of recent historiographic turns, with the help of new sources (photographs, films, and videos, objects and artefacts), methods (oral history, textual and visual discourse analysis) and theories (cultural studies, cultural transfer, identity and otherness, theories of gender).
