The importance of the topic lies in the fact that moving machine components operate under different conditions in the case of separated spaces. In many cases, the separation is carried out by seals exposed to abrasive wear. The aim of the research is to investigate the abrasion processes of different polymer seals using DEM and experimental model methods.
