Description of the research topic:

Content of the topic: The interpretation of the pedagogical space as a multifunctional system, its connection to the didactic characteristics of teaching and learning, social climate, and the psychological wellbeing of learners and educators (the link between environmental factors and recognized wellbeing). The applicant is required to communicate in English and/or German effectively, and to have user-level skills in qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
