Description of the research topic:
Work-related values usually appear in secular interpretation of national and organizational culture research. In our context – also in connection with the applied philosophical approach of the doctoral school - this framework is expanded by the question of how the value of work can be interpreted in relation to specific cultures and religions. Our research is based on the methodology developed by the international Meaning of Work (MOW) research group, George England and his colleagues, which provides the most complex approach to the life and work roles of working adults. The topic offers opportunities for doctoral students interested in researching the philosophy of religion or the existentialist approach.
