In our days security of humanity is one and indivisible. In the global security environment particular regions or states encounter such security challenges, risks or treats like (over)population, climate change, pollution, degradation of the natural environment, resource scarcity, wars and conflicts, migration and terrorism, which are closely related and cannot be handled separately.
