Description of the research topic:
In these days of the growing social and economic problems, the aspect of housing is more than significant. The traditionally general dwelling resorts in Hungary, such as the block-house apartments or the so called tent-roofed family houses are morally all completely out of date, while technologically are partly out of date or have lass value on the market. The most important task of architecture might be to solve this problem through the research of technical and moral conclusions or concrete plans. This problem is motivated more and more since the increase of socially handicapped and homeless people’s presence. And this searching new ideas is motivated further by the people socially most in need to receive their own home, through rational means of space design, while counting with sustainability.
