Description of the research topic:
We examine the modulating effects of different chemicals on the brain function with special regard to the neuroendocrine regulation of homeostatic and reproductive functions. Aspects of investigations focus on the morphological and metabolic changes related to brain mitochondria and the relevant subcellular processes, on both in vivo and in vitro levels.
