Description of the research topic:

The aim of this research is to produce radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies or antibody derivatives that could help in designing and monitoring the effectiveness of appropriate oncological therapy. During this research a method will be developed for analytical study of antibodies and affibodies, as well as for monitoring of conjugation and radiochemical labeling in preclinical animal models. Four modalities (CT, MR, PET, SPECT) are available for complete investigation of biodistribution properties of the molecules during the in vivo experiments
