Description of the research topic:
The development of programming languages has been accelerated. Current object-oriented languages extended by features of other paradigms. The development of hardware supports parallel programming and certain elements of functional programming as well as the generative programming paradigm.
New versions of C++ – itself a multiparadigm language – introduce features which are unknown in their full capacity. Moreover, other features will appear in newer versions soon.
The goal of the research is to understand the full capacity of the new language elements, their possible applications, advantages and shortages.
Required language skills: English Further requirements: High level knowledge of the C++ language in practice, including language elements of C++11/14/17
