Description of the research topic:

Functional biliary symptoms may be caused by gallbladder and sphincter of Oddi motility disorders. Spincter of Oddi disfunction may exist as a pathogenic mechanism in these patients before cholecystectomy. However, the optimal non-invasive diagnostic method has not been clarified, the aim of our research is to develop new diagnostic methods in patients with functional biliary pain and intact gallbladder without gallstone disease and also to investigate the effect of papillotomy on gallbladder hypomotility.
