Description of the research topic:
Investigations are based on DNA-chip and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. The tests to be developed will realise the possibility to apply genetic trade-mark in the food industry. The tests are planned to work under different environments such as;
a.) in classic laboratory,
b.)in mobile laboratory and
c.) on the spot (e.g. restaurants, shops)
The accomplishment of the project can be achieved via sample collection, in-silico evaluation of DNA-chip and NGS data. The plan requires extensive wet-lab work, as well.
