A kutatási téma leírása:
This doctoral research topic covers the examination of responsibilities in sector management, executive functions, institution management, and their performance within the institution. The topic includes
• the one-person (in the Hungarian context the Rector, the Chancellor, faculty leaders, student councillors) and corporate (e.g. Senate, Consistory, faculty councils, student councils, other standing and case committees, and other corporate working forms) responsibility, the examining the responsibilities of professors, researchers, assistants and students, and doctoral students;
• the interpretation of responsibility within an interdisciplinary framework includes the individual's psychological responsibility (cf. responsibility attribution), ethical and legal (including discipline), and specific professional responsibilities;
• the examination of responsibility for regulation and its effect on liability (institutional, individual, and group) autonomy.
It also covers aspects of the managerial activity in a narrower sense (e.g. education and research organization, quality assurance, finance, legal and administrative organization, service activities) and in a broader sense (e.g. training program design, degree management).
