Description of the research topic:

By that research topic, the candidate can explore the connection between education, administration, and law with a complex approach. It offers the possibility to investigate the law and legal history of education. It also aims to discover the special relationship between labour law, administrative law, and law of civil procedure, and the legal frameworks of education, the theory and practice in the operation of educational institutions, policymakers, legislators, and authorities. The research can focus on the national demands of that topic, and we also encourage the researchers to make a comparative study.
