Description of the research topic:

The aim of the study is the activity-guided isolation of natural compounds of plant origin. The investigated biological effect is cell growth inhibitory activity against human tumour cell lines. Another goal of the experiments is the isolation of natural compounds, which are able to reverse the chemotherapy resistance of various types of tumour cells. .Combined chromatographic methods are used in the process of the isolation of compounds from the plant materials.
