Description of the research topic:
In our previous work, it has been demonstrated that the lesion-induced secretome produced by grafted stem cells in the injured central nervous system is able to significantly promote the morphological and functional recovery of the damaged central nervous system. We are currently working on cell-free therapies that allow the application of lesion-induced secretome of stem cells in the central nervous system injuries.
