Description of the research topic:
Development of melanin non-producer Alternaria alternata and Aspergillus flavus strains by the deletion of a melanin biosynthetic gene. Study of the competition ability of the deletion mutants in confrontation tests (against various bacterial and fungal species) and analysis of the soluble and volatile secondary metabolite compounds by LC-MS and GC-MS methods under confrontation experimental setups and without confrontation.
