Description of the research topic:

In the everyday life of knowledge oriented organizations the intellectual value, the knowledge is particularly important. A prerequisite of this operation is a trust-based organizational culture which a community of ethical leaders and staff. The research investigates the connections among the mentioned elements (intellectual capital, knowledge, trust, ethic) from the view of organizational success.
