Description of the research topic:

One of the main features of the recodification of the Civil Procedure is the modification of the structure of the trial: from unified system, once again we turned to the split System of trial, though somewhat altered to the original concept of the Plósz Civil Procedure from 1911. This new model is the main hearing model, based on international examples, which is supposed to help the court to hold a well-prepared, concentrated main hearing. This is a strong requirement that has to be verified through the analysis of the court practice, by the legal scholars, through the present research program.
