Constitutional law. Main research topics: theory of constitutional review; theory of fundamental rights; concept of the constitution

Philosophy of law. Theory of the legal system and the concept of the constitution; legal argumentation in constitutional court(s).

International law. International law and domestic law. European law and constitutional law. Transfer of sovereignty in the European Union.

The clarification of the topic will be concluded according to the research plan discussed by the applicants and supervisors.
