Description of the research topic:

Utilization of MCR, highly diverse and large membered heterocyclic library could be constructed and tested as anti-tumor agents. This medicinal chemistry project contains the synthetic work and establishment of SAR focusing on the synthesis of multisubstituted three-membered heterocycle 1H-azirine and its further transformation e.g. 4+2 cycloadditions.
