Description of the research topic:
Energy consumption of buildings is highly influenced by subjective parameters, like heat sensing, caracteristics of the use, biological needs and requirements and social level. These parameters are changing according to the user of the buildings (occupants, tenants, owners).
In order to quantify, plan and model their effect on the energy performance and on energy reduction of building we have to know the characteristics of the parameters and their interrelation. There are existing individual calculation methods, however a harmonized methodology is still not available. The objective of the research is to analise, prove and validate the available methodologies and establish and optimal solution.
