Description of the research topic:

Presently, there are many difficulties facing the industrial sector in terms of energy and environmental impact. Alternative ways that are available to everyone and can not be monopolized as renewable energies are sought by researchers. It’s well known that the critical point of food safety is the heat treatment temperature. In many ases it is necessary to insert buffer storage into the system. The goal of this research is to investigate the possibility of using solar energy as a source of energy instead of traditional sources and its potential for investment in the climate of Hungary. Very important to model and optimize the energy supply of food industry equipments with solar energy.
