Description of the research topic:
The process of using IT in institutions and the Jordanian government departments and the private sector of the modern requirements to keep pace with the development of the environment in the work environment, due to the importance of modern technology in the work. Different give special importance to the concept of information technology and preparedness, especially in institutions of government departments and the private sector in Jordan to implement it, including the Central Agency for Information Technology.
The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of the use of devices, the impact of the use of software, databases and networks in the administrative innovation of the Central Agency for Information Technology in Jordan.
